We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your dinghy gear to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) and are proud to serve the global sailing community. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our dinghy gear with the same confidence you need on the water. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you’re never left adrift.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dinghy Gloves (worn for grip and protection)
  • Kids Buoyancy Aids & Lifejackets (safety equipment)
  • Dinghy Helmets (impact protection gear)
  • Any items showing signs of use or water exposure

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate Your Return

Our crew will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.

3. Package Your Item

Securely repackage with original tags and packaging.

4. Ship It Back

Send to our Indianapolis warehouse using a trackable service (return shipping at your expense unless item is faulty).

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on dinghy clothing or wetsuits:

  • Follow standard return process indicating “Exchange” in subject line
  • Specify desired size/color in your email
  • We’ll ship replacement once original item is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

For sailors outside the U.S.:
