Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dinghy Gloves (worn for grip and protection)
- Kids Buoyancy Aids & Lifejackets (safety equipment)
- Dinghy Helmets (impact protection gear)
- Any items showing signs of use or water exposure
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our crew will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage with original tags and packaging
- Ship It Back: Send to our Indianapolis warehouse using a trackable service (return shipping at your expense unless item is faulty)
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on dinghy clothing or wetsuits:
- Follow standard return process indicating “Exchange” in subject line
- Specify desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship replacement once original item is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Timing: Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days; PayPal within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty items.
International Returns
For sailors outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds processed in USD; exchange rates may vary
