Do you offer kids’ versions of all your products?

We carry a specialized selection of kids’ sailing gear including buoyancy aids, lifejackets, hiking shorts, rash guards, and sailing boots. While not every product has a kids’ version, our children’s range is carefully selected for safety and performance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide to fellow sailing enthusiasts, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions where delivery networks are limited. Email us to confirm if we ship to your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information – just like tracking a vessel on AIS! You can follow your gear’s journey right to your door.

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

What if my gear arrives damaged?

We inspect every item before shipping, but if your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs – because we know your adventures depend on reliable equipment.
